As social scientists, authors, and gender-in-the-workplace experts, we show men that they have a crucial opportunity to promote gender equality at work (and at home), and why genuine equality is so good for men, women, and organizational success. Our keynotes, skill-building workshops, conference panels, and consultative conversations with organizational leaders provide practical, research-based strategies for how men can truly collaborate with women in the workplace. Employing firsthand accounts from both men and women, as well as tips for getting started, we show how men can partner with their female colleagues to advance women's leadership and equality by breaking ingrained gender stereotypes, overcoming unconscious biases, developing and supporting the talented women around them, and creating productive and respectful working relationships with women--especially in a post–#MeToo world.
